I have 8 years of hands-on experience as a microsoft 365 & email administrator, working with small businesses. My main skills are Exchange Online, Zimbra, SharePoint, Email Migration. I work remotely with clients worldwide and can also visit offices in and around Austin. I also teach Exchange Online to students and working professionals. I communicate clearly, share progress regularly and document what I deliver.
