There are two types of account. IT Professionals are individuals who offer IT services, such as developers, network engineers or support technicians. Employers are companies or individuals looking for IT services. You choose your account type when you register, and you must verify your email address before using account features.

Yes. Signed-in, verified employers can search by keyword, category, skills, years of experience, city, state, PIN code, service mode and availability. Search results show public profile information only.

Contact details such as phone numbers and email addresses are never shown on public profiles. They are shared only after a professional accepts an employer's connection request, and only with that employer.

An employer sends a request describing their requirement. The professional receives an email and can accept or decline from the email link or their dashboard. Only after acceptance can both sides see each other's contact details. Accepted connections can also use private messaging. Either side can end the connection later, which stops access to contact details and new messages.

Subscription plans have not been launched yet and no payments are taken at present. Plan details, pricing and terms will be published on the website before any paid plan is introduced.

If you notice suspicious behaviour, such as requests for payment outside the platform, fake profiles or harassment, please tell us through the Contact page with as much detail as you can. Never share passwords or one-time codes with anyone. You can also use the Report buttons on profiles, connections, conversations and individual messages.
